EarthPaint 1.0 is a program to draw by hand and later publish your work as a wallpaper on the famous GoogleEarth.

The program synchronizes its preview with GoogleEarth, and shows a grey scale reference map to add to the drawing, including tools like pencils, elipses, rectangles, polygons, and text tools.

When the drawing has been done, you only need to click on the button to publish it as a transparent map on GoogleEarth.
